Monetize Russian traffic

Hello guys!
Me and my partner have website in the Russian language (Funny / Interesting articles website) and we have trouble to monetize it (Google Adsense RPM is very low..)
We are looking for some one who have experience with monetizing Russian traffic. About the traffic: Once we get decent RPM, we can send more then 100k unique visitors to the website.
