Monetize on youtube two videos with same content

If it possible to monetize on youtube two videos with same content?
Or youtube is working with first upload first monetized basis?

Because in youtube I see same videos but just the first one is monetized, what about editing it to look a bit different?

It is possible but you have to find your own twist and modify the video the good way (mirroring, framing, speed change doesnt work anymore). Youtube algorithm is really strong when it comes to find duplicates videos. But its possible. Good luck.
 
i ain't no pro but What i understand is that you want to monetize 2 Videos (same videos) that you have uploaded , which is possible by just some editing or just chop down some seconds.
Now the 2nd case is that you aren't the owner of the Content and you want to download and upload someone else's video and monetize it , you may be able to Monetize it but the real Owner can Flag it and then Run ads on his behalf on that video.

Or also the audio? Please note the audio is NO-COPYRIGHTED, just is the same in both videos.
Any help?

Of the audio is copyright-free then I don't see any problem using it in other videos.
 
If you have 1 video upload twice or thrice
with different accounts to avoid copyrights
with different Titles. Hope it will help you.
