I have a sports based website. The features are very original and there's nothing out there really like it. I haved added some adsense ads along with some Fan Duel banners. We have a youtube channel monetized as well and display the videos on the site. I also plan on adding the StubHub or Seatgeek Ticket API to earn revenue from ticket sales. Any other suggestions to Monetize?

I'm actually in the same boat as you. I have a sports site that get's around 2000 clicks per day. I have a pinterest (5k), twitter (5k), IG (20k), Tumblr (5k), and Facebook (200) pages all with the same name to promote my website (followers in brackets).

So far I have only monetized through adsense, but it has been effective for only 2-5$ per day.

I have taken advice from the user above and have applied to yardbarker to see if it's a better alternative. Selling tickets is actually a pretty smart idea and I might follow suit. As for your FanDuel affeliate, how effective has it been?

I would also like to add that you may be able to find success selling sports related items through Amazon Affiliates on your site.

Amazon associate program is another option to monetize your sports site. There is a lot of sporting goods on amazon. Thank You.
