Monetize my site

I currently own a website getting 15k uniques a month in the hacking and seo niche. Its ranking fairly well in google and has a decent ammount of backlinks etc.

I am looking for someone to help me monetize this site and improve it overall as it is currently at the stage where its gotten over the main hurdle and is now uphill all the way.

I will give you 50/50 for helping me monetize it and improve it further. Depending on how things go ive got a further 85 domains to develop.

To be honest mate, I dont realy have the time im looking for someone to help with the bulk of it and continue seoing it. Ofc you will get a good cut.
