Monetize my blogger!

Hello BHW. I signed up a few days back very interested in learning more about SEO. I'm into writing blogs so i decided I'd go for adsense. Following the tips that I have gathered, I have set up a blogger account. I now have 4 blog entries. When's the best time to send an application to monetize my blog? Are there other qualifications that I would have to take note of?

Does any of you guys offer cheap services to increase traffic? Or for people to +1 my blog?

Also, are there other ways to earn around here? Like, stuff for beginners of course.. I know these questions have been asked before as I have read through some threads already but it's just quite overwhelming for newbies like me who are starting from scratch. Please be kind. Haha!
