Monetize Money Site - Advice

Hey Guys,

I am planning to get ranked on google locally for services. ETC: Plumbers in Norway.

The question is, how do I monitize these sites? As I don't own a plumbing company.

Do I tie up with a local plumbing company and sell them those leads?

Much appreciated for any advice given.

Why you want to rank for local keyword if you not have company? Try something or service which you can provide.
 
Why would you want to rank for those if you don't even know what to do with them?

First find purpose, research market and build after that
 
Well, because the niche as well as the competitors that is ranking for that keyword is very easy to outrank. I saw a video by James Gregory and he says that he replicates this method always. ETC:
- plumbers in oslo
- plumbers in Bergen
- plumbers in Trondheim

That got me thinking, how can he do so as I am sure he doesn't have a plumbing company in every city of the world.

Good question and you do have a point. Almost any good seo ranking can be monetized in many ways. Most of them require some work on your part though. In fact any niche except Amazon affiliate, requires extra work.
 
Put ads on it.
Give leads to local plumbers.

Rank the site then sell it to a company with in that field. Im sure they'd be willing to pay you a good amount of money.
 
tie up with the local plumbers and put their ads on your website. Sell the leads and get your commission, pretty simple.
