Monetize local leads

I'm growing a list of local people interested in saving money.

The end goal is to sell advertising to local businesses, but that's going slower than I'd like.

I've got a good model to grow the list fast, but could use some suggestions on other ways of monetizing.

Anyone?

I was hoping for suggestions on CPA offers, or other things to sell to the list.
