monetize living next to hotel?

This is going to sound evil, but at some hotels there are desktop PCs you could use for internet instead of wifi (in the lobby) and you could, you know, put "nanny" ware on it. You didn't hear that from me. (Friendly advice: Watch what PC you use to log in.) :newangel:
You could replace the homepage for the browsers at the hotel internet cafe to go visit your page.
You could replace the desktop background on hotel computers with an ad. Print out business cards and leave mini-stacks of them all over the place or on the hotel counter where none of the staff would notice. Leave them in rental cars in the parking lot. Go into bathrooms (If they have them for the lounge.) and leave stickers at eye level in the stalls on the door. Yeah, that may cross in vandalism but you know...
It would be nice if there was a way to make toilet water talk or display images on the surface, you know. So when they prepare to sit down they have to pause because no one suspects an ad to play in the toilet. That way you could offer people hemorrhoid relief while they are taking a dump or before. Have it delayed to play so that their pants are already down giving them a choice. Either they can leave the toilet to escape with a turtle sticking out or grin and bear it. Look on the bright side, you would be helping ease the boredom if they left their smart phone in their room.
Better yet, I used to have a fart detector. It looked like a smoke detector that you mounted and it had a motion sensor thing. So when you triggered it would yell: "Fart detected, fart detected!" here's another crazed theory, it would be cool to replace the message with your own somehow. Tape this rig somewhere hidden like under the sinks or behind the tank. (Yeah, I know, this does not sound plausible when the janitor comes to clean.) Every time someone sits down to use the can they are greeted with the hidden message. To make it worse, repeat it like that Advil commercial did. As I said, no escape due to the turtle hanging out.
Buy cheap candy and replace the wrappers with your own paper wraps. I remember seeing a tutorial somewhere on how to print them out online with little dots and dashes. Leave this candy somewhere in the hotel.
Make flyers advertising "get free flyer miles" as bait. They visit your page and hand over their email address.
