Monetize large email list

I have over 1 million real, targeted emails and I'm looking for someone who's very experienced with email software & servers for blasting to these large lists.

I have a lot of experience with ppc, seo and front-end development. I can work on writing and designing the emails, building landing pages, data analytics and growing the email lists. Also have two approved CPA accounts, but other monetization ideas are welcome (dropship website, affiliate marketing or whatever you think makes the most money).

I'm willing to invest in setup/software if needed and split profits of this venture 50/50

We should discuss. I currently run email campaigns to 28k email list. I make passive income off of this
I'm quite good with GetResponse automation flow. Blast to profit method lol

I own an affiliate network so I can def. get some good deals on offers for us to promote. I also own a SMTP company so emailing is in my blood, and it's not some whitelabel crap. All the servers/IP reputation management software is coded and owned by us.

First thing that popped into my head was if those emails are compliant, you could use @Paranoid Android 's email server thing. The smallest he's got sends 35k daily I think.
