Hey there folks! I'm looking for a network that can monetize Junk / proxy traffic. I'm running some campaigns and I have a "Fraud" filter that redirects junk (that don't match my criteria, timezone mismatch, etc) and proxy traffic to a blank page. Since I have tons of this shitty traffic, I was wondering if there's any network that would accept/ is made this sort of traffic specifically, so that I could redirect to them instead of a blank page. Sometimes, some genuine traffic goes to that page as well, I would say 10-15%. Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

You could use a link tracking service to re-direct traffic from a certain country or source. For example third world countries could be considered to have traffic worth less. You could filter this traffic out to a CPA network that deals with these countries. Try MOBIDEA, they have CPA offers for all countries and also smartlinks.
