Monetize Issue Without Any Violation - HELP NEED

I don't know what is going on with Facebook. I uploaded content that recorded by my phone and I personally edited them with Filmora. But in Creator studio they marked my page as "Not Eligible".



So I clicked on Policy Issues. And I see the Request Review button is not clickable.



When I put my mouse on Request Another Review Tab it says "You don't have any recent violation that you can request a review ... bla bla"

So I head over to Partner Monetization Policies Appeal section and put my age link and attached an image. And this massage appear



"You already meet our monetization requirements"...

So what is going on? If my page meet their requirements then why can't I monetize? Why my page is showing "Not Eligible"?

It happens if you have shared link posts in the past or other content recently wait some more time it will be updated else contact fb support
