If you still have working accounts I suggest you two things.
1. Start BST here and sell them
2. Use them to find a good offer that you can run on your non th account. If this is profitable then you can sell it as a method as well. Or scale it to the hell.
How to find offers?
Join affiliate networks. Ask your manager for best offers now. Use spy tool to see how others promote this offer and try the same thing.
You can join Tera leads (BHW member), or maxbounty, or share a sale network with 1000s offers.
Use ppc spy tool to see they ads and landers and do the same.

i have plan to do bst here but when google stable
now daya there is only few account are getting alive so no plan to sale them also they are not spending whole threshold
so i dont want to start in bad situation better to wait till google fix
for now i only want to monetize them
i have maxbounty account
and your idea ia good and planned to so that
can i use same lander like comeptitor have
and i am planning to do some brand bidding
so do you know any offer in maxbounty that allowed brand bidding or any other network with offer for brand bidding and high payout
