Monetize gaming channel without commentary ?

The problem is I find that : https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/138161?hl=en
"Videos simply showing a user playing a video game or the use of software for extended periods of time may not be accepted for monetization."
I don't know what to think about that...

I see many yt gaming's channels full of ads... idk, maybe you can do a text commentary, just edit the video by putting some text

Not necessarily. Many times they claim copyright for the music being played in the background and make the videos "non-monetizable".

What you are trying to do has very high competition and it may not be worth it anymore. Do some research and make some test videos before you spend money on it.

commentary makes gaming video popular. You may monetize without it but you will not get high views.

It's possible but without commentary, your video must be in high quality.

The problem is the music copyright, better use other music instead to keep the monetazion rolling.

I heard there's a website that offers crypto to Streamers. IDK, maybe they can help monetize you or something.
