Monetize FB groups

Something really strange happened yesterday and the day before that.

First I got an notification to accept being admin at one group with 31k members

Yesterday the same happened again, this time the group have 120k members.

How can I monetize these groups? Both groups are getting pretty spammed as well with low enagements as far as I can see, I'm not experienced with FB groups.

so are these invites to Admin facebook groups just random requests ?

Looks like someone dumped their trash on you. These groups won't fetch you a lot, unless you manage to sell them off to an unsuspecting buyer.

were you mods at those groups?
do they have active posting?
there must be a reason for receiving consecutive requests

If the groups are spammed with low engagement, you could sell them for profit.

I have no clue, I've just been a regular member in these groups for some months.

Haha I believe so, I'm not in the FB Group game so i really don't care about these groups

No, just a regular member for some months.
they do, but its just spamming but it looks like the content is relevant
