I did look into facebook application development a while ago and I don't think you can monetize a fb app with adsense.

i dont know if it s permitted here to give links of applications that use adsense but i ve seen some very very popular apps that they have adsense and cpa offers..and i just wondering how

What about iframing your website with ads on the bottom of the application. Dunno if they can check where it came from though.

you dont put adsense in the app. you put it in your site
