Monetize Facebook/Instagram Submissions?

A couple of days ago I started an Instagram and Facebook Page about girls. Neither has more than 2000 Likes/Followers and I'm already receiving messages about how to submit pics to my pages and the submission process. This wasn't something I had planned on so I'm not quite sure how to proceed.

Should I charge per submission? If so, how much do people typically charge? Should I do it for free since my accounts aren't that big yet? The FB page is just under 2000 and the Instagram is just under 600. Both are growing rapidly daily.

Do it for free. Will help to grow your accounts even more. When you have a decent amount of followers then Id start thinking about charging a fee for shout outs.

Girls want to promote their own Fan Page or Instagram account to gain followers I assume. Photographers want to promote their models or studio. I've had a girls contact me about being featured on my Instagram page and a photographer contacted me about featuring his models on my Facebook page.
