hello,

Can i monetize creative commons videos? or there is some creative commons not permited for commercial use
how to approve it in my youtube channel?

It depends on the agreement. You will need to read the text attributed to each item. In most cases you will need to quote and link to original author. Most people don't even care to do that properly.

There are different creative commons licenses. Some allow commercial use and some don't
