You can update the description to tell people to visit some website that you have related to the video.
There used to be this annotations things you could put on videos, but youtube got rid of it - I think ther'es a card box you can display that link to another video. Or if you're a verified account, it can link to a website URL. Use that.

POD is hard to do except for live streaming, which is saturated but you could give it a try.
