If you're looking for an incentive based (gateway) CPA Adult company then PM me. I know a company that is doing it's first beta for only 25 publishers starting Monday and I can get anyone here in early (since I work there lol). I'll send you a non-affiliate link (there are no affiliate links lol). I think it's going to be the only adult based incentive network out there. Also, the beta is only for people with running adult sites; don't PM me if you're going to randomly just start an adult site and hope for traffic.

Some serious advice, get a real domain name and not a Blogspot blog. If you are serious about making money with it, get something a domain and begin building your brand around it. This will help increase your regular visitors bc it will be much easier to remember.
