Monetization watchtime views + subs

Hey guys,
I see there are these '4h watchtime' services in smm panels. How long does it usually take them to finish? What to watch for when buying this? I obviously don't want to buy services that have 'no refill' written alll over them, lol.

I mean if I order watchtime + subs, how fast realistically can I expect them to finish and my channel to get approved for monetization?

Right now all services are slow.
I was taking service from @ApiSeller , he was giving 1000 hour in one day, but now little slow. You can talk with him.
2) his subs are working fine, starts I. 0-48 hours but usually It finishes afyer starting in 24 hours.
Remember take 1000 hours in 4 videos.
4k hours on 1 video = 20+days.
You will cry and I won't come to wipe your tears :)
 
So they take a month? No couple days service on the market?

I see one service that takes 24 hrs but it says no refill, lol, so I'm skeptical...

have you monetized your channel using that panel?

But right now my channel under review since 8 days.
After the last YouTube update some 6-8 days back.
Everything is slow

or it was demonetized, and you like monetize it again?
 
For Monetization,
Don't know why, it is taking 8 eight days now.
May be i have 4 channels under review for 8 days.
Shame on YouTube Staff :)

1k on 4 videos = 1 week finish 1000 hours.
And what I have seen is, after Watchtime finishing the watchTime put sub order, of you put subs first, watchTime will drop your sub
 
Highly depends on the panel you will be using, but usually they say how much time it takes under their description, pay close attention.

That is true, I lost one of my channels recently after sending views to my video
