I have encountered a niche of creating fake videos / deepfake of celebrities using AI.
1- What are the chances of monetisation if get max 50k followers?
2- What are the chances of ban as using celeb pics without their consent and adding fake content to it? It is not the nudity but still adding some spices to it.

It depends if their PR or Media Team, or if their agency puts copyrights on you or not.

If you're creating some sort of fan page or something, I think 99.9% of the celebrities won't mind. As it makes them happy most of the times as per what I've seen.
