So one of my 6 channels had one copyright strike from three months ago. i dont do anything copyright related anymore, so i was just waiting it out. this was three months ago that it got it. so today i get an email saying monetization on the channel was suspended. i go to look figuring that something else must have been flagged. nope, nothing new at all. just the one flag from back in September! Pisses me off because the channel makes over $100 a month.
so i am thinking i should just submit a counter notification. i dont care about the video, but care about the money. i have read that nobody has ever been sued, which is what they would have to do to keep the strike. however, the strike is from CBS so they could squash me like a bug if they wanted to in order to make a point. obviously they are too big to request a retraction.
so should i do a counter claim?
