Monetization rules

Hello everyone, first of all thanks to everyone for building and keeping alive such a great community. Today I have a question.

If I write original and unique content (stories or other type of content that is NOT copied from anyone or anywhere) and do a voiceover of said content along with stock videos (which I have 100% permission and written license to use in commercial projects/products) to visualize the concepts and things I'm talking about, will such kind of channel be eventually eligible for monetization?

Please let me know if such channel can be monetized. If not, please clearly point out the rules that forbid such content to be monetized and where to find said rules (webpage, link, etc).

You need to have 1,000 subscribers on your YouTube channel for youtube monetization

If you have commercial license and if no body else is using that on youtube: than you will get the approval probably.
But also you can make a question to the youtube community or youtube related video channel.
Some one will answer you must.
