2 weeks ago i turned on monetization, which worked like a charm, ads showed up before the video. about a week ago i turned them off for a day because it wasn't showing me any statistics for it, so i experimented around with the settings a little. i then turned it back on, and no ads showed up, only text ads (every now and then, but no real banners or such and sometime nothing), i then found out that i needed an adsense account for it to work anyways, so i signed up for one. linked it to my site, still no ads. what could be the problem?

this is the video:

this is a link to a site which the video is on but where it doesn't show the ads on the video or the ads from google adsense which i placed on the site:

It's really tough. Someone would know more than me. I don't want to give misleading information.

any form of advice is appreciated.

the ads on the site actually show up now, just not on the youtube video. i really don't get it.

Hey I can see ads both on youtube channel on the video and on your website's video too

seriously? do you mean real ads or just that text box, that text box started showing up, but no ads like commercials before the clip or anything of that sort anymore. or do you see real ads? could it be that they only blocked them for me?

no you are right , I can see only text box ads .
while selecting monetisation for the video , just make sure that you have clicked the first 2 options , I do not remember what they say specifically.

if you have figured out the problem, let us know how you fixed it
