Monetization - Help me understand how...

I know music channels are hardly monetized these days (reused reason etc) but can someone help me understand how are channels like this one still doing it?

I mean, I have completely the same type of channel and it has been demonetized and remonetized 5+ times the past two years while this guy's channel was monetized all the time...

Are you sure that his videos are monetized? Maybe they are copyright claimed videos?

No, he's fully monetized. I checked many times. No claims, clean adsense monetization. He's just one I used for example, there are many more doing the same thing
