Monetising a meme compilation channel with yt adsense

Can a meme compilation (mix of images and meme clips) channel with loads of meme sound effects and transitions (NCS obv) be monetised? Not planning to do voiceover or tts. Most memes will be fresh and not scraped from other platforms.
Is there a minimum video length requirement for adsense monetization?
If adsense is not available in what other possible ways can my content be monetised. I'm planning to post 1 video and 10-12 meme shorts daily.

Very hard to get it monetized. Even if monetized, someone will complain later and you will loose it.

Even if I use non copyrighted content? I see numerous meme compilation channels doing well...
 
You won't get monetized. Do a short voiceover in the beginning of a video, and between clips/images explaining what they're about. Great example of doing this (with funny and weird clips) is the channel "Daily Dose Of Internet" (yes, they're monetized).
 
Memes can work only if there's enough content there.

Pay close attention to what PewDiePie is doing, he is one of the most famous YouTubers.

He would run memes, but he would react to them and the reaction is funny and most of the content is his.

You should do the same most of the content should be your reaction.

There is an exception to this you can look up "A Daily Dose of Internet."

The guy just shows other people's content and he does a voice-over.

But at the end of the day, you have to contribute something original otherwise you might run afoul of Google and Youtubes rules, and either you get rejected from monetization or your monetization doesn't stay for long.

Can I do tts instead of voiceover? I am a non-native English speaker with a hard accent.

Don't forget that daily dose of internet actually pays for ownership rights for these videos.

About this. Like how does youtube detect if I bought the rights of the content I'm sharing ? Do i need to send them proof or something at first?
I can easily collect never before shared fresh memes from my discord server and compile them into a video even the meme creators won't file a copyright claim.

I'm not really sure, to be honest.

I don't think YouTube actually requires any proof because they ban solely due to the reports. Meaning if Daily Dose of Internet used a video without permission, some company/guy who owns it would report him and he would get banned/demonetized.

it also depends on your morals i mean youtube will only detect if the meme owner files something
