Monetisation with videos that are not mine

I have a youtube channel on which i upload videos of produst that i sell on my site. I didn't make these videos, i just downloaded and reuploaded them.

Will my account get banned if i activate monetisation for these videos?

Not worth the risk to say that you won't get much in terms of revenue anyway.

My advice would be just to make money from your sales.

This is known as video spam and it's a severe offense which when detected will automatically result in the termination of your YouTube account, no questions asked.

Either way, your account will still get terminated in a few weeks for violating YouTube's policy on spam, deceptive practices and scams

If the videos are under creative common then you can reupload them, but you can't monetize them.
