mods why cant i post in buy and sell area?

I'm no mod but it's paid to stop scammers and spammers. Its really about quality though because you too have to have certain amount of posts and time being a member here.
20 - Buy, Sell, Trade Section (BST). This is the section where you are allowed to sell items to members, or make a purchase or trade offer. If you wish to sell something on this forum, you must have at least 1 Admin/Moderator review your product before it can be sold. If you are selling software, an ebook, or a money-making method, you must supply a FULL working version (NO DEMOS) to an Admin/Mod. If you are not willing or comfortable to allow for full version, then you will not be allowed to sell here. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. You will also be required to provide proof of legitimacy and earnings. If the proof of earnings is unacceptable by the Admin/Mod that reviews it, your offer will not be approved.
The cost for using the BST section is $20.00 per thread.

You know, maybe that should be moved up to the 0. spot instead of 20.
