MODS Where is BlackHatWorld Radio Thread?

I had a good thing going and was investing a lot of effort in setting up a good radio stream and you have deleted my thread???

I have a lot of people who are very excited about helping out and listening. Im guessing it was taken down because nevarc said he wants to make a stream.

wouldnt want to cut into his shit right? fuuuuk. I could have launched by the end of the week with all the support I was getting. I didnt even want anything out of it.

well actually im pissed off because its just gone and nobody said a word to me. I needed to reference the thread to send messages to the DJs and talk hosts and when i went to do that, Surprise! its gone.

im very disappointed right now.

I had a huge amount of people ready to make it a fun and educational thing.. i was recording sound bites, i had a set lined up, i had people to host talk shows and do interviews, I had a design in the works.. .. come on

The stream was my gift to the community, and the community wants it. If my dream is being taken away and theres nothing i can do, so be it. I tried. sorry guys.

I remember reading through the thread yesterday, and I am not sure if you were calling it Black Hat Radio or Black Hat World Radio. If it was BHW radio it might be some sort of legal Copyright Infringement thing. I am not sure but thats just the first thought that came to my head.

I was going to call it BHWradio.com but I was going to give the admins/mods all the access and control over it they want. My plan was to bring it all together into a beta and then present all that I had to dave and the admins, change whatever they wanted, add any finishing touches, and launch it in the forums here.

The thread wouldn't have been closed if you had respectfully approached Dave, than to actually just assume he would be fine with it.

I was going to approach dave after I had a beta setup for him to view and gauged community response to my ideas (which was awesome).

Would have been a little more effective than "oh hey whats up you dont know me but let me make a BHW radio, I have nothing to show you."

wait, what rule was broken to warrant the removal of the thread? i thought this was a damn good idea.

i saw nothing inappropriate about it to be honest, and HAD there been a problem with it, I would have much rather seen a mod/Clix/Dave/Harro post and say something like, 'we don't approve of this' and then just close the thread.

not meaning to get pple pissed at me or anything...but removing threads like this makes it look like some mods have something to hide.

IMO, if you use someone's name and want to announce/advertise it on their site, you really should get permission first. Doesn't matter who controls it, etc. Not saying that's the case here because I dont really know for sure. I'd suggest getting Dave's blessing and going from there.

Starting threads like this isn't a good start.
