I joined bhw on 02-26-2011 and but according to forum rules those who have 50+ posts and here for 30 days will get the custom avatar facility but i have 70+ posts i did not get that and also signature option is also not enabled.please help me

I understand your concern uploading a custom avatar will instantly turn you into a
money making machine.
I'm pretty sure the mods and admin will drop everything they are doing for the board
and put their own marketing efforts on hold just to sort out your bloody avatar.
After all it is so important you need to create a thread about it.

The request was really simple,but the poor chap got flamed all the while...
He did not ask for money(scam) or spammed the board...
So lets give him some love....:grouphug:
