Moderator wanted

There is a position and i am looking for a new trustful, knowledgable moderator.

This person needs to at least have 100 good useful posts.

This person needs to be familiar with Blackhat SEO.

This person needs to be able to respond to help threads, have a lot of spare time, and clear up junk, spamming threads.

This person also needs to be friendly, and this person needs to be able to work with requests, (example being, hi can you edit my thread i made a typo, via PM by a normal user)

And most of all, this person needs to be respectable, and respected by others, and keep this respect or grow it on the up level.

If you have or know someone with the above please point them out. I would usually hand pick myself, but as this is a "FOR YOU BY YOU FORUM" LOL you know what i mean, i want the opinions on our users.

seriously though, i read every board every day at least once, probably 2 or 3 times most days... *shrug* shouldnt be much more time on here than i spend already!

This is for regular Moderator, right? Not Super Moderator? If Super Mod, we should promote from within our own ranks first =) Otherwise, let's start with people in VIP > Jr. VIP > People who've been here a long time and have a good amount of posts.

Hey Ive noticed that the mods and admins havent been around as much as they used to, is that what led to the "opening" or is there a need based on forum growth?

I am around always, editing and moderating, its just i dont make threads as much lately due to other forums im opening, as for the opening for the mod, its based on Luther being rovoked, and we are stepping up our old mods to super, and a opening available for normal mod.
