Because, if a user think what a moderator did is something that never happened before, he should become able to reach respective mod for asking the reason or to clarify reason and if he didn't agree he should have mods name before reaching to support.

Deletion of one post can impact the whole related business. At least this should happen in case of paid members.

It should not be must to reply an OP as asked, answers can be different. If someone asking for PM, I should have right to mention other contact details. Because, it simply gives more opportunity.

Note: Not against anyone, but yes a feedback and a suggestion.

Mods can currently issue a warning which includes the reason, who gave it and a reminder for cases where threads are deleted. If you've enabled email notifications you'd have also received an email relating to the PM.

There is also logging on the backend to ensure accountability for all, adding notifications when your posts are deleted, but not infracted is a soft-touch we can add which will help with understanding the rules of the forum.
