Hello .
I'm completely new to the forum and I need some help. I want to purchase some services that are offered on the forum and I want to clarify some questions before I do so.
I know that there is a section (Dispute Resolution ) where if you buy some kind of service and the seller scam you they will get banned from the forum if they don't return back the money.
My question is this : Does this work only for the people that have their official threads where they promote their services , or people that promote themselves in the comments on different post are also included.
