Modem Pools (For SMS Marketing)

You can send internationally from the USA, I am not sure how to send FROM any other country.

I need help sending bulk sms in usa (i am from outside usa and cannot get a phone/unlimited sms plan).
 
Running a 32 port, but with issues. SIM card flow difficult to set up. Pm me $$$$$$

Im im looking at getting one of then gsm pools. I'm looking to find out when you install then to your pc
Does it make each dongle a virtual port

so the 8 gsm pool. Will this make 8 ports
