modal window

So Ive been using Imcaros with FF for awhile now running a script, but there was a recent change and now there is a pop up window where the dialogue has to be filled inside it. Problem is that it cant be recorded as it comes out blank. The modal window is part of the main page so it does not have its own URL. Ive tried only recording the part of the modal window and still nothing.
Any help is most appreciated .
