Mod question: What is difference between "coaching" and posting a tutorial?

I am often asked to help another member learn what I do. However, I have also seen a thread where another member says that "coaching" is not allowed according to BHW rules. He discontinued his thread after learning this rule.

So, would you clarify the difference between coaching and posting a tutorial?
