This is a small review about mochahost

i decided to try them few months ago, good price and i test the support chat before i buy and they reply fast

So i buyed a business shared hosting pack, for 1 year, everything was made fast and no issue

i buyed ssl from other company and they set it up with dedicated ip all ok

now the issues begin, the website has been off dozens of times, the support always replied me that the server is overloaded, but it wasnt my website causing it

today again i tried to enter and nothing, not even the cpanel, nothing works, i contact them again and same issue server overload

i said if someone is doing that just move my website to other server or cancel the hosting plan of the person overloading it, they replied they cant


im sick of them, so when the website returns online i will do a backup and cancel the hosting plan, they provide good chat support, not always with the best answers, but good support and alot of times with server overload that doesnt work for me

too bad to hear that for you bro :(

i saw they were aggressively marketing frequently and having in mind their cheap prices, i preferred not to try them, because i was thinking things won't be good there..

well i just can speak when i try it

alot of people talk bad about namecheap and i have a small website there and they work nice for me, better then mochahost

i dont recommend mochahost or godaddy for hosting
 
this hosting service is the worst i ever had, since i opened the topic until now the website or cpanel works

almost all day with this and not the first time
 
today down again, im gonna end with the painfull disease

Mocha Sucks. THEY SUCK TRUST ME DO NOT GO WITH MOCHA. Unless you like problems.

i appears that more time pass worse it gets

i thing i free host is better then this
 
Thanks for the review No.Rulez :biggthump, I was considering hosting with Mochahost, but after your review I changed my mind.
They're $2,45/month "unlimited" hosting promotion is pretty agressive, but I guess that, as usual, you get what you pay for...
 
I tried them before and had issues as well. Ended up getting a refund and went to a new host.
 
$2,45/month "unlimited", well, it seems that their servers are pretty limited . When you offer unlimited you are calling the abuser to your host.
The host will get a tons of video streaming sites, file uploading hosts, torrents, pics hosting stuff like that.

i buying one ipage promotion hosting 12$ 1 year and do u believe its better then this mochahost package
 
I wouldn't recommended Mocha to anyone. Its the first paid hosting service I used when I started my first site. Found it on some review site saying they are #1 lol.
I used to have to contact their support like every other week and there wasn't much help.
Only thing i liked about them is their fast customer service but I'd never use them again.
 
After half of year...i finally realize that mochahost is SHIT! Please dont use them if you want to stay mentally healty
