Here's the thing

I have an old Mobooka account, which I opened last year, and it has been running without any issues. The weekly payments have been stable. However, recently, the EPC fluctuated too much, so I thought about applying for a new account to compare.

The AM (Account Manager) for my new account is Mitchell Dolan. I ran it for a few days and reached over $1k. I initially planned to pause and resume after receiving my payment., but he suggested testing a new offer, so I continued. Now the total in the account is 2.8k. Though not much money, he has been delaying payment:

At the end of January, I asked when he would make the payment, and he said it needed quality testing. I continued to wait. After a week, I asked again, and he said it would be paid the next day (but he did not pay). When I asked again, he said my traffic had issues.

I was skeptical since I've been running another old account with Mobooka company for a long time, and it has the same traffic source. If there were issues, wouldn't they have banned my old account earlier? Besides, I run diet niche with other companies, and none of them reported any issues. If I really sent fraud traffic, why did he call me to increase the volume and ask me if I could resume the traffic after paid?

I also provided him with the contact information for the manager at Oasis, as per his request. They confirmed with Oasis. ( Oasis told him everything is good )

Due to this issue with the new account, I sought help from the AM of another old Mobooka account (Nic). However, it seems the situation got worse.

I even began to doubt if it is indeed my problem. I speculated that there might be some low-quality traffic. I told them about this speculation and assured them that there would be no such traffic in the future. Now, when I asked again today, he directly said, "You admitted that your traffic has issues. What else is there to say?"

Come on, that part of the traffic is very small, and it's unlikely to convert.

What kind of play are they putting on?
One says I have quality issue, still haven't sent my payment, and maybe he never will
one keeps urging me to test new offers, and recommend their exclusive offers to me.
these guys belong to the same company - is there such a big difference?
If I have violated the rules send them fraud conversion, then my old account was banned last year. but it didn't, so I don't know what's going on here. If anybody knows pls tell me.
Now these two account manager from their company are not responding to me no matter who I ask.

Try Maxbounty. I have been with them since the last 3 years and they've never missed a payment.

there are many reliable networks, I run diet offers with Oasis, Jumbleberry etc. they never missed a payment too
most of the networks will not miss payment
