MobileHop proxy alternative with SoftEther or OpenVPN support?

Need to use a Windows PC as the controller, then pass proxy to device. Had a stable setup with Mobilehop but speeds have been absolute trash these past few days. Need something more stable for my setup. Price is not an issue. Need access to cities across the US. Mobile proxies heavily preferred. Access to different IPs in each location is a must.

Mobilehop was god tier because of the support for SoftEther and OpenVPN out of the box.

I don’t have direct experience with MobileHop specifically, but when looking for alternatives, I usually prioritize stability and clear documentation over just price.


Some providers advertise protocol support but don’t handle scaling well, so testing with a small plan first is important. Also worth checking if they allow short trials or refunds.


Interested to hear what others recommend as well.

If price isn’t an issue, try the bigger enterprise mobile pools like Bright Data or Oxylabs, or just run your own 4G/5G modem farm with SoftEther so you control the speed and city SIMs.

You can try Proxy-Seller, their mobile's have good speeds. They also can make a refund within 24 hours, so you can properly check it and refund if it doesn't suit you.

SoftEther/OpenVPN support is pretty rare with mobile proxy providers tbh.
You could just up VPS and route mobile HTTP/SOCKS proxies through OpenVPN.

if you need SoftEther or OpenVPN support specifically, look into building your own 4G/5G modem setup. buy a few USB modems with SIM cards from different carriers, plug them into a VPS or local machine, and run SoftEther server on top.

you get full control over rotation, city targeting based on which SIM you activate, and the speed depends on your cellular signal. upfront cost is higher but long term it's cheaper than paying monthly for enterprise mobile proxy pools. for a managed alternative check the BHW marketplace, some sellers offer WireGuard or OpenVPN endpoints on their mobile farms.
