I'm not quite what you mean. You must be subscribed to "SingleHop" plan.
Our singlehop licenses provide you a with a proxy that is connected to only one of our available locations, chosen by you, without the ability to jump around to other locations for the duration of your subscription. Max location changes per month is 2. Multihop licenses on the other hand let you freely roam across the full range of our 50+ locations, enabling millions of additional mobile IP ranges to cycle through if needed.
Please subscribe to MultiHop and you will be able to access all locations at any time you want to change.

Hi all --- Yes we had an outage for about 1 hour a few days ago. Everything was resolved quickly and we still have 99.9% uptime as this was a very small unplanned outage.

Yes you are correct, the picture shows we have 50 locations available for both single and multi packages.
But the term single means as follows: One, not one of several.
So when you order SingleHop and you log into your portal for the first time after paying for the service you have the ability to connect to any of the 50 cities in the list that are available at that current moment. But once you connect you have to stay on that location because you don't have MultiHop. We have allowed SingleHop up to 2 location changes per month as a courtsey.
MultiHop means : Multiple, many
So when you sign up for MultiHop and log into your portal for the first time you also have the ability to connect to any of the 50 cities are that available at that current moment. And then because it's MultiHop once you are done with that location you can go pick another. And when you're done with that you can pick another. There is no restriction as the name states "Multi".
I'm not going to explain this anymore. People who understand what the difference between "Single & Multi" is will realize that you are bothering us about it.
