Anyone know a mobile website creator that allows you to use your own host and is preferably free or, if not free, cheap?

I don't think anyone out there will make you a mobile website for free.
But if you want my opinion, you can find some pretty cheap solutions on freelance websites.

Do you have any experience with HTML? If you do, mobile websites can be pretty easy to make.

I know there are websites where you can create a mobile website for free but you have to host it with them
