    Looking for a mobile site designer. One that can design and walk me through the process of implementation on my server. Must have examples and references. Will want a jpg/bmp of the potential design

    I do not have enough posts to PM you, so if you PM me I will send you my website URL with demos of mobile sites I have created. The sites are created with HTML and PHP and do not require WordPress, and are easy to implement onto your server.

    I can provide samples of responsive web designs I've done. I can't say I've done that many MOBILE only designs though.
