Mobile website before regular website ?

    A im getting into a system that creates nice mobile websites i ve never done anything like this before so im studying up but anyway i saw a high school acquaintance last night who owns a local business so i told him about what I was doing he told me he knew a little about websites and y would he buy one since he needs a regular website first before you can get a mobile one? I dnt know about that but should I target bizz only with websites? Just wondering Thanx

    If a business has a website already pitch the mobile optimized version. If the business does not have a website having a mobile only version would make no sense.

    you can go with a responsive wordpress theme. It will transform to fit all platforms. tablet, pc, computer, etc..

    I find if a client has recently had a site made, yet it isnt responsive or mobile optimized, then its an easy sell for a mobile optimized version. The problem with responsive is that it is one pay cheque, doing a website then a mobile website is two! Jay
