Any simple way to show how your website would look mobile before putting it online, like xamp does for desktop?

Simple just use xamp and set your phone on the same network. and browse towards the IP of computer where xamp is running.

In Chrome browser, you can press CTRL + SHIFT + I and then CTRL + SHIFT + M to have a mobile preview. Also, you could try making your test local server online in the network and previewing from a mobile device.

CTRL + SHIFT + M also works in FireFox
