Mobile proxies do not have better trust scores per say, mobile profiles have, on some websites. Mobile proxies have a benefit of doubt trust due to how cgnat works(it's uncontrollable).
Residential proxies come with the issues that they're being passed around and easily get reported for spam and such, the rotation is what eventually kills them.
Static isp come from terribly bad subnets or Asn and with heavy historical abuse, unless brand new and not part of such networks.
Mobile emulation via anti detect browsers and cloud phones sucks. Windows emulation sucks less.
As you can see, target website and session length and how long you need a profile to live is what should be the first question.
