I'm sure there are said services out there, but most posts I read here advise you otherwise. It's one thing less to worry about when fighting FB detection algorithm.

Here in my country, I can get a decent sim for around 2 usd no sweat.

Just make account there, put funds like $2 and verify accounts. Russian number is like $0.1 per sms.
Pro tip: account does not have to be same country as number, also remove number from account soon as you verify it.
