Correct me if I'm wrong, all affiliate links are suitable for mobile? Most reputable networks show a sales page adequate to mobile devices.
Have you look at Applift, Kissmyads, Clicksmobs, Yeahmobi, Offermobi? They pay per conversion. Some of them is simply pay-per-install by platform/country, but some has deeper conversion.

A. It seems strange to me that revivemedia and the sorts let you advertise at their network affiliate plans you also acquire from them. It's like if adwords and Commission Junction would combine together into one site.
B. I've just started with inmobi I'm curious to know why do you think they should be avoided?

It hasn't been very good so far, I have tried getting some help by asking questions in the contact us section, but i got only two short and very unclear answers and the rest of the questions weren't even answered. I'm applying with the other mentioned mobile media sites to see if there any better.
