So I really need a course that teaches how to create, where to host, how to redirect ( if the main site isn't wordpress ) mobile websites. Does anyone have suggestions?

Mate better read posts from different forums to get useful tips, use all your internet sources and try to get to the people who are already running mobile sites for way better experience!

Try and getting experience thing is good for you! As practical thing is always better than reading like this proverb
I hear, I know. I see, I remember. I do, I understand.

xtgem.com is very easy way to make a mobile site, but if you want to do the programming your self, I would be much more hard.
You won't learn php, xthml, css etc in month.

Its hard, you can opt for wordpress with mobile compatibility plugin , but I think it specifies for certain phones like iphone and android only.

Find some free information here before you spend money on a related course :D >>

There are links to courses, etc. in the various blackhat forums, including this one

Most of the courses recommend or include a mobile site builder

Any reliable hosting will do - I've just taken out hostwinds business hosting through this forum - specifically to host mobile web sites

The redirect code is also provided in the courses and software - but it varies in quality from course to course, and software to software - just use the one that looks the best to you

Various ways to do the redirect - but I'll be using javascript in the head section of the main site's pages
