is it possible to code a bot that when you use mobile's hotspot via usb to : turn off and on the Mobile Data/Airplane Mode then turn on Mobile Data + Turn on Hotspot and Turn on USB tathering every 10 min?

this can be used as endless pool of fresh ip as every reset i do on my mobile i get new ip.
how much would this kind of bot can worth?

im sure this could easily be done with an autotouch macro type tool

I wrote an android app to do this 3g on and off. Pool was only 100 ish ip big :-(
