Mobile proxy suspensions

I recently experienced my first suspensions on accounts that were obviously breaking the TOS, all of them are running on mobile proxy.
Is it safe to just keep replacing the suspended accounts on the same mobile proxy in the same niche or would the algorithms link all of the accounts?

Correct me if I'm wrong but a mobile proxies should rotate IP address when you disconnect and reconnect to it. (Turn it off for 5 mins and back on).
I would not see any issue using the same proxy.

Sorry, but how are you going to re-use your proxy?

Isn't your mobile proxy suppose to rotate your IP address on every request or at every few minutes?

A real mobile proxy IP can't be used for more than a few minutes at once.
